Get a Free Home InspectionMost agents are more than willing to put a sign out front, take some pictures, and add your home to the MLS. My thinking is this, I should list your home the I would list my own home. And the first thing I would do if I were listing my own home, would be to get a home inspection. A home inspection would let me see my home the way potential buyers will see it. If something is going to come up in a home inspection I want to address it first, so when the for sale sign goes in the yard, I KNOW my house is ready for sale, and I can written provide a report to prove it. One more thing that could prevent a sale, taken care of. I believe so strongly about the importance of a home inspection, I will even pay for yours after I list your home. The only conditions are, that the listing be an exclusive listing, at a price that makes sense, for full commission, and be a minimum of 6 months. |
